Replaced Prop Shaft Rubber Boot - 07/07/05

The original rubber boots on both of my driveshafts have long ago perished and broken into two pieces. I've been meaning to do something about it for a while and was thinking that I'd probably get some new ones from my local Suzuki dealers.

When I was getting some help sorting out my brakes for MOT recently a really helpful bloke suggested to me that I could just use a piece of bicycle inner tube. I'm gonna reserve judgement as to how long it will last but, testing by hand, the sleeve I've made seems to work really well and it should keep the grit and grease seperate for a while anyway!
